Kazian is a striking young male we chose to retain from our breeding between Vesta and Dante. From an early age, he has displayed the hallmarks we strive for in our program—intelligence, balance, and unmistakable presence. We are immensely proud to have produced such a promising young male. Kazian exhibits the classic GSD temperament: highly social, yet appropriately aloof and neutral in new situations. He does not seek attention indiscriminately, but he is content and confident in any environment, adapting with ease. His neutrality extends to other dogs, making him a pleasure to manage both at home and in public settings.
Often described as a lovable goofball, he is profoundly devoted to his person. He is always clear-headed, steady, and reliable no matter the circumstances or environment.
In obedience, Kazian is extremely biddable, with an eye-catching enthusiasm that stands out in training. He has a strong toy drive and an equally high food drive, making him highly motivated and eager to engage. His biggest hurdle, like many GSD’s is that he is quick to anticipate commands—sometimes a step ahead of his handler or so he thinks.
In protection work, Kazian is naturally prey-driven, showing keen instincts and enthusiasm for the work. As a young dog, we have taken care not to push him too quickly into defensive scenarios, focusing instead on building confidence and a solid foundation for future potential. When faced with something unfamiliar, he recovers quickly after a second exposure. He exhibits no sound sensitivity nor has any issues with different footings or enclosed spaces. His grips are big and full, always pushing forward. Kaz displays clarity of mind and responsiveness, even when working under pressure. We expect he will mature into a well-rounded working dog, with the balanced drives and temperament ideal for a future stud prospect.
